Merge onto US-1 S/US-9 S, via the ramp to Elizabeth, and take the exit toward I-95/Dowd Ave/North Ave/Elizabeth Seaport/New Jersey Turnpike. Merge onto NJ-81 S and take the I-95 S ramp. Keep right at the fork, to continue toward I-95 S, and merge onto I-95 S. Take exit 13 to merge onto I-278 E, toward Verrazano Bridge/Goethals Bridge and enter New York. Take exit 13, toward Clove Rd/Richmond Rd/Hylan Blvd., and merge onto Milford Drive. Continue onto Clove Road., and turn left to stay on Clove Road. Turn right at Howard Avenue.
